Matthew Thacker was born in Worcester on June 22, 1997. He died, aged 10, along with his father John, in a car crash on 28th October 2007.He is much loved by his mum Susie, his sister Emma,and will always be remembered by all his friends and family.

Thoughts
Today my son played in The tournament in honour of Matty. We don't know you, but we are at Winterfold. I talked to my son tonight about why it was held. As a mum there today, my thoughts were with you. I think the boys were very proud to play in Mattys honour. X
